All sales at Botanic Girls are final.

We work with fresh, seasonal flowers that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and time. Because of the perishable nature of our product, we do not offer refunds — unless the item arrives damaged or clearly defective. In such cases, claims must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the bouquet. Please email a photo of the arrangement to contact@botanicgirls.com

Keep in mind that flowers are fragile and require care. It's the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions we provide to ensure the longevity of the arrangement.

While we always strive to recreate what you see on our website, please understand that seasonal availability may affect specific stems. We reserve the right to make substitutions without compromising the style or value of your bouquet.
